IT Consulting

We have experience of running global IT Support teams for multinational organisations, including help-desks, multi-timezone implementations, managing vendors and consultants and permanent staff, leading UK wide infrastructure and applications development teams, having responsibility for an eight figure budget and having responsibility for service delivery of all areas of IT. We are strongest in team leadership, service delivery, implementations and setting direction for teams.

Startups and investing

We have experience in appraising over £4m (investment being sought) of new business prospects in the last 3 years, with the majority in the £50k-£100k investment size. We can assist with appraisal of business plans, writing business plans, financial modelling, advice on board structures, advice on financial structuring and growth strategies.
